Watching Netflix Implode
Is anyone at Netflix paying attention to their customers and what their experience is? First the pricing fumble and now Qwickster? Really?
Do they really see a benefit in separate websites and separate billing statements? The options on streaming are pathetic. Other than series like ‘Weeds’ the online options are like going to a really poorly stocked corner video store where you have never heard of any of the titles. Streaming is great but not if the library offered is full of crap.
Seriously Reed? Could you make this any more convoluted and more f*cked up? I am sure you will find a way…
