SUV cleared from Muni tunnel

This guy needs to be shot. MUNI has enough issues on its own without some jackass trying to drive a car through the underground.

The train I was on this morning was “dropped from the computer” between Van Ness and Civic Center. When that happens the emergency brakes go on sending everyone flying as the train screeches to a halt. The operator had to go into manual mode after that and, when in manual mode, the trains just creep along from stop to stop.

Wells Fargo could increase revenue by reinstating stagecoach service as alternate to MUNI. It would probably be faster and more reliable.
