Dinner at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Pump Room in Chicago.
Two of my top 3 meals ever have been at his establishments — the first at Jean-George with Stacey and Michael and the second was tonight at Pump Room (the third is a constantly changing, sentimental favorite).
This man knows great food and knows what is going on. Unbelievable!
