I had dinner at The Bazaar in Los Angeles last night with my team. We are staying at the SLS too — an amazing meal at an amazing hotel.
In true Google fashion it was a working dinner while sampling the incredible tapas of José Andrés while drinking Verdelho wine.
- Sea urchin steamed buns
- Sautéed shrimp with tomato water skewers
- Deconstructed caprese salad with peeled tomatoes, mozzarella “bubbles” (it was liquid) and pesto
- Jicama wrapped guacamole
I’m pretty sure no one has ever had laptops out on the tables there before but work had to be done and why eat room service when that amazing place is there?
